The dying white rose is further tainted by the dark gray surroundings. It is further polluted by the toxic black smoke emitted so easily from people. It is further damaged by the intoxicating but deadly neon red signs. The white rose dies. It becomes a black rose; it becomes part of the fallen. Welcome to the real world.
